The organization has booked a series of rooms at the Radisson Blu Seaside Hotel with special prices for those attending the meeting. Accommodation is to be paid by the time of registration, for the whole stay.
Please make your hotel reservation via the online registration form in order to benefit from the special congress rates. All accommodation prices are per room per night and include breakfast as well as VAT.
Please note that any changes to the length of your stay are to be made in writing by July 15, 2019 to Tavicon Congress Bureau.
If you are two people sharing a double room, please, remember to indicate on the registration form the name of the person you are sharing a room with. Only one person will make the reservation and pay the deposit.

Invoice as an email attachment: This invoice is automatically generated from the data that you have inserted on the registration form. No invoicing fee is added. Payment is due within 14 days or on the registration deadline date if it is less than two weeks away. If the registration is made 15 days or less prior to the event, the fee should be paid on the same day.
Invoice: You can ask Congress Bureau Tavicon to send you a printed invoice. Please choose Invoice as your payment option on the form. You can request that your purchase order and other information be written down on the invoice. Payment is due within 14 days, or on the registration deadline date if it is less than two weeks away. An invoicing fee of 15 EUR will be added to the invoice. The invoice will be sent by email (pdf). Unfortunately electronic invoices cannot be issued.

An unpaid registration is a cancellation.
Cancellation received by 15 June 2019: full refund except for the administration fee 60 EUR.
No refund will be paid for cancellations made after 15 June 2019.
